Farming full time changes your body I am stronger than I have ever been I don’t work out I wake up in the mornings feeling like I’ve been run over by a bus (maybe that’s my age)

I am broader than ever before I have thicker thighs than half the men I know but regardless of what the world thinks I LOVE IT this is the body of someone who works hard. I think a charity rugby match for farmers is in order…
