Soybean harvest was going great...until we hit something buried in the field that caused some serious damage to our combine's 45-foot soybean head! What started as a productive day of harvest quickly turned into a potentially very expensive problem. With nearly 200 acres of soybeans still standing, we have to figure out just how bad the damage is and whether our soybean head can even be repaired!

Before disaster strikes, we're busy getting our Case IH 9230 combine ready for harvest. We tackle repairs to the unloading auger, install an upgraded air intake system, and get everything back into the field. We also harvest some incredible corn and soybeans, including a soybean field that averaged 75 bushels per acre after being pattern tiled!

But just when everything seems to be going our way, an unexpected obstacle brings soybean harvest to a sudden stop. Now we're left inspecting a severely bent soybean head and trying to figure out what it's going to take to get back into the field!
