A few of you have been asking how the tariffs with China and the
situation in the Strait of Hormuz are actually affecting us.
Short version: soybean demand is down, fertilizer is up a lot,
diesel is up about a dollar in six weeks. Long version is at the

In the meantime, we got corn to plant. Calibrating the planter,
unfolding the roller, working through a 90 acre piece down south,
and dealing with a flat on the Ranger that turned out to be a
shredded sidewall.
