Today we’re taking a full crop tour around the farm after a rainstorm! We check on our fall wheat, spring wheat, potatoes, and hay to see how everything is progressing as we head into summer.

The fall wheat is taller than anything we’ve grown before and is already filling kernels, while the spring wheat is just beginning to head out. We also take a look at our 1,300 acres of potatoes, check rain totals, discuss upcoming irrigation plans, and see how the recent rain affected our freshly cut hay.
