In this week’s episode Stephen has been out to see Mark O’Hanlon a former champion Pumpkin grower from Lancashire who has now converted his 100 acres to produce wood products. He is coppicing specific trees that have a market in the smokehouse and home meat smoker market as well as owing a beast of a MB Trac.
