Every year pastured poultry farmers from all over the United States gather to network, share resources, take workshops, and meet vendors. It is the largest gathering of chicken tenders in the United States.

A new tradition at the Conference is the APPPA Olympics. To take a break from farm work and get a few good laughs, conference goers of all ages compete in different chicken-themed challenges.
